RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase from Sent Out. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

 

 

Refund (if applicable)

For a return we will accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. 

If 30 days have passed since the day you have recieved your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

For an exchange we will accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. 

Please send an email with your order number to do an exchange. We will provide a return address to send back the product within 24-48 hours.

 

 

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and unwashed there should not be an issue.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. 

If you have not recieved a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@sentout.com.
